大家一起來捐舊衣舊鞋吧！
在肯亞山上的一個小學裡，我問了一個班級的小孩子，“你們知不知道台灣這個字怎麼拼？”一個小女生高高的舉起手來，走到黑板前寫了“Tie one”兩個字！
我笑了笑，拿起粉筆在黑板寫下“Taiwan”。
我對他們說：“你們要記住這個地方，因為在這裡有一群人 ，現在正在為你們禱告，準備漂亮的衣服鞋子要寄給你們哦！”
孩子們興奮的問來問去，“是哪種鞋子？”“每個人都有嗎？”
我回答說：“到時候你們就知道了！”

In a school up in the mountains of Kenya, I asked a group of kids: Do you know how to spell “Taiwan”? A young girl raised her hand and wrote down “Tie one” on the blackboard!
I smiled and put down “Taiwan” next to it.
I said to them: “Remember this place, because there are a lot of people there praying for you every day, they are preparing to send you a lot of beautiful clothes and shoes right now.”
All the kids were filled with excitement and throwing me all sorts of questions, “What kind of shoes?” “Do we all get one?”
“You’ll find out!” I answered.
